Hi Liam,

We have a list of companies that have contacted us previously (no cold calling for use of a better word). We send invites to those people and depending on type of event maybe relevant to some not others we prioritise as such.

Our target audience is designers freelance and agencies along with Printers and end users mainly, however we have photographers that use our papers so I would say our target is any creative that uses high end speciality papers.

There are more than 100 design agencies just in Farringdon and Clerkenwell alone - we have cental London, camden, old St, liverpool st etc etc so there are at least 500 close by! most we have some contact with but some we have yet to reach.

Your idea needs to suggest how to target them! the idea needs to promote the showroom to new and existing clients, how you do this is the objective of the brief. It does not need to take place in the showroom just promote it - think about the surrounding area - Spitlefields market is just over the road a great place to do something innovative!
